Reservations | CAJ House – Boston furnished apartments

ONE WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL.
If this request is approved, a security deposit of $430 is required within 4 hours of approval. Security deposit is refunded one week after departure if apartment is in same condition as when first rented. If you cancel: deposit less $30 is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to your move in date (read Our FAQs for explanation of our policies). After such date it is no longer refundable. Once we accept your reservation, we ask you to sign a short term apartment lease, and to pay an amount that will bring total rent to full rental stay or 8 weeks rent whichever is less (in addition to reservation deposit). We must receive full rent payment with signed lease, prior to move in. Subject to availability we will attempt to accommodate extension requests during your stay. Such request should be presented to us in writing 3 weeks prior to the end of your original stay with payment for extended stay. If we accept your reservation and you cancel after this time, your original security deposit will not be refunded. This reservation / application is subject to our approval.
