Our Terms: We charge monthly rate (4 weeks instead of 4.3 weeks per month) if you start the lease on the first day of the month and end it on the last day of a month. For lease started on any other day or for partial months, rent is charged on a weekly basis. We do not pro-rata rent on a daily basis. We request that you prepay the apartment for your full stay in advance of arrival. If your stay will be 2 months or more, please pay 8 weeks rent, a 4 week balance will be due 3 weeks ahead of each recurring month. Shorter stays (less than 4 weeks) are priced higher if we agree to them. Rent for up to 8 weeks and a key/security deposit of $430 are due at time of reservation. You pay the deposit by clicking the PAY NOW button on our reservation page. Once we receive this amount we email you a lease. Please sign the lease and fax it back to us or attach it to an email and mail us a check for the rent at the address below. You can wire funds into our account (we will send you wiring instructions if you choose this option) The key/security deposit IS REFUNDABLE one week after the end of your stay if the apartment and keys are returned to us in same condition as when you moved in. If you cancel your reservation, we refund your rent and key/security deposit if we receive your cancellation 6 weeks prior to your original date of arrival. For cancellations within the 6 weeks of original arrival time frame, we cannot refund your key/security deposit. We will refund your rent deposit if we can re-rent your original rental dates at same terms advertised on our website. Any damages, missing items, unremoved personal items, trash bags or broken items will be subtracted from your deposit. For a complete list of what we include, click here: FURNISHINGS. All utilities (heat, electrical, water) are included. Check-out time no later than 11:00 AM of the last day of your stay. Check-in time after 3 PM on the first day of your stay. Latest check-in time: 7PM. No sunday check-ins. Our rental rate is for one guest. If more than one occupant, please consider we have a maximum of two occupants (including you) per apartment. Please, no children under 12. At least one adult in the apartment. Please notify us at least one week ahead of guest arrival and pay $40 x week of his/her stay In order for us to quote you a rate or availability, please tell us your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates when you call or email us the first time. Please print and complete this Reservation form, sign it and fax it at 617 266 1447 or email it as a scanned attachment in jpg, gif, tiff, or pdf format. At the time you send your reservation, you can pay the reservation deposit of US $430 by CREDIT CARD on our website by clicking this link: http://www.cajhouse.com/Resources/applicat.html and clicking the "PAY NOW" button. You may also write a check or money order payable to the order of CAJ TRUST for $430 in US currency. Please mail this amount to CAJ TRUST - 526 Columbus Avenue - Boston - MA 02118 - USA. This US$ deposit amount will be in addition to your weekly rental it is a RESERVATION/KEY deposit fee and when you decide to take the apartment and sign our rental agreement, it becomes a refundable key deposit. The unit is reserved ONLY once we receive this deposit. In the rare event we overbook all or a portion of your stay and we cancel all or a portion of your stay, our liability to you is limited to refunding your prepaid rent for the overbooked portion of your stay. If we cancel your entire stay within 4 weeks of your arrival, we will attempt to accommodate you in a hotel room of our choice, for a maximum of one week. We will deduct one week rental from your payments and reimburse the unused balance of your prepaid rental. |
