Walter Ferme, Manager/Owner

Walter has been operating guest houses for 13 years. His professional background is design and construction. His hobbies are photography, tennis, skiing, reading and fixing things. Walter will only offer apartments where he would live himself.

Mike Eruzione, Guest Services

Mike is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality. He enjoys spending time with friends, hockey, video games and watching sports. For Mike, nothing is better than relaxing and watching a hockey game on one of those CAJ House flat-screen TV’s (of course in his spare time…).

Lauren Robinson, Guest Services Assistant

Lauren loves decorating and horror fiction… She has a keen eye for detail and deploys razor sharp focus when attending to our Guest requests.
