You can pay by credit card by clicking the "PAY NOW" button. Reservation deposit less $30 is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your move in date (read "Our Tems" for full explanation). After such date it is no longer refundable. Once we accept your reservation, we ask you to sign a short term apartment lease, and to deposit an amount that will bring total deposit to full rental stay (in addition to reservation deposit). We convert your reservation deposit into a refundable-upon-departure, KEY deposit unless you extend your stay (see below). We must receive the lease and current funds payments four weeks prior to move in date. Subject to availability we will attempt to accommodate extension requests during your stay. Such request should be presented to us in writing 3 weeks prior to the end of your original stay. If we accept your reservation and you cancel after this time, your original reservation deposit will not be refunded. This reservation / application is subject to our approval.
